This picture (circa 1920) was taken before the gas station-restaurant was in the smaller post office building. The general store and living quarters are on the right. Note the hitching rail and lack of power lines in front.
These buildings were torn down in 1975 and a gazebo was built on the property. The bank was eventually built across the road.
